Our own products

We do not only build other people's designs

Two finished-product lines are developed and made here: GaN USB-C chargers, and industrial instruments that measure and record. Either can carry your brand instead of ours.

Why customers stay

Four things that decide whether a programme ships on time

Certified quality system

ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, IPC-A-610 Class II/III workmanship, ANSI/ESD S20.20 protected lines.

Lot-level traceability

Material lots, process parameters and test results tied to each batch — not reconstructed afterwards.

A quote in 24 hours

An engineer reviews your BOM and Gerber before pricing. DFM problems are flagged before tooling, not after.

One point of contact

Board, components, cable, enclosure and packing handled by one project manager, not four vendors.

Capability at a glance

Built for high-mix work, not just long runs

Four automated SMT lines handle anything from a five-piece prototype to volume production. High-mix, low-to-mid volume is our normal operating mode — it is why we can quote a 20-piece build without asking you to commit to 5,000.

Five checkpoints between your files and your shipment

Every board follows the same route. No sampling on final test, no silent shortcuts.

1

Incoming inspection

Components verified on arrival — specifications, lot traceability, labelling and storage conditions recorded before anything reaches the line.

2

Solder paste inspection

3D SPI measures paste volume, height and offset in real time, so a bad print never reaches placement.

3

Placement and reflow

01005 to BGA placement, then reflow in a ten-zone oven on a recorded profile. Nitrogen is available for fine-pitch and BGA work, where low oxygen keeps voiding down. AOI checks every board as it leaves the oven.

4

X-ray inspection and CT

Hidden joints on BGA and QFN measured on a microfocus X-ray CT (SEAMARK X-6600) — void percentage, wetting and solder-ball integrity, reports on request. Reels are also counted by X-ray on receipt.

5

Outgoing QA and functional test

Final audit, firmware loading, ICT or FCT as required, then packing with full lot records.

How we work

Three things you can hold us to from the first order

Not a mission statement — the three commitments that decide whether a programme runs smoothly, written into how we work rather than promised per project.

Read our standards

No defective units shippedQuality is built in, not inspected in. There is no "just this once".

Payment and shipping

The two questions every first order comes down to

Whether the money can move safely, and how the goods actually arrive. Both are answered here, before anyone sends a file — so the commercial side is never the reason a project stalls.

Payment

  • T/T 30 / 7030% deposit to release material, 70% before shipment. The default for series production.
  • T/T in advanceSamples and small orders, where a bank charge would be a real share of the invoice.
  • L/CLarger programmes. Terms and issuing bank confirmed before the order is booked.
  • PayPal / Western UnionSmall samples and one-off buys, where a company card is easier than a transfer.

Shipping

  • ExpressDHL, FedEx or UPS. Samples and small series, door to door, tracked from the day it leaves.
  • Air freightVolume orders that cannot wait for a sailing. Airport to airport.
  • Sea freightLCL and FCL for full runs — scheduled backwards from your line date.
  • Your forwarderWe deliver to the warehouse you nominate and hand over the documents.
